Ewe Need Yarn offers the following Return Policy: We accept returns up to 30 days from the invoice date. We will gladly refund your money. All items need to be returned in new condition.
International Shipping Costs. Ewe Need Yarn ships worldwide. To be fair to our international customers where there are so many variables in shipping cost, we will charge you actual shipping costs after you pay for your items. We will send you an email offering you two options for your shipment, US Mail First Class, when weight allows, and Priority Mail. Please let us know if you would like another carrier, and we will try to honor that on an individual basis. I am sorry, but we cannot mark an item as a Gift on the customs declaration form. We understand the extra taxes you pay are high, but it is illegal to do this. We can offer to split up your purchase into multiple packages for shipping if you wish. We appreciate your business and want to be as fair as possible to our great international customers.
